Letter from Rod Sasse
Dear Parents and/or Guardians,
We have had a few inquiries about Imagine Broward being sold. We believe it is important you have accurate information about what this means.
Imagine Broward is subject to a long-term lease between EPR and Schoolhouse Finance. The sale of Imagine Broward by EPR will not, in any way, affect the lease with Schoolhouse Finance or the sublease with Imagine Broward. This type of sale (selling the property with the existing lease attached) is a common practice in the commercial real estate leasing and financial sectors, similar to an individual’s home mortgage being sold by one lending institution and acquired by another.
We have been advised that any sale by EPR will not in any way affect Imagine Broward’s operations or the affiliation with Imagine Schools.
Should you have additional questions about this, please feel free to contact, Jacquelyn Vernon, Regional Director and/or direct them to me. I am happy to provide additional information.
As always, thank you for your support of Imagine Schools.
Rod Sasse, Executive Vice President
